Cedar Park has a selection of modern, spacious, ground floor, self catering cottages, located minutes away from Cleethorpes Beach and surrounded by beautiful Lincolnshire countryside views. 

Assurance
All the cottages at Cedar Park are inspected annually by Visit Britain and have been awarded 4**** every year.  They have also been awarded the top marks of 100% for their cleanliness.  You may rest assured that your cottage will be beautifully FRESH and CLEAN .......every time you come to stay. 

We Welcome All
Cedar Park is mobility friendly, pram friendly, family friendly and dog friendly. 
Well behaved dogs are very welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times (please see our terms and conditions).  Walkers and cyclist are very welcome.

The Cottages
The cottages all have tiled floors throughout making them clean and safe for families and for our less mobile guests. 

Bedrooms
Each cottage has quality beds and mattresses and we provide luxury, light as a feather bedding, which is receiving great reviews from guests. We have also installed wall mounted flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms for your convenience.

Kitchens 
Modern kitchens with fan assisted ovens, microwaves, washers and dryers, fridge/freezers, steamers, coffee makers.  Everything you could need to make your stay a pleasurable one.  There is a dining table and chairs in the kitchen/dining area. Takeaway menus provided in case you would prefer to dial for a delivery.

Bathrooms
Beautiful relaxing bathrooms with a bath and shower overhead, with a toilet and sink. 

Lounges 
The lounges all have leather double sofa-beds and a sturdy arm chair, flat screen TVs with freeview and a DVD player.

Tourist Information
We like to help our guests to settle in as smoothly as possible, so we have provided each cottage with extensive Tourist Information Packs.  We have also created a pack entitled “what can we do on a rainy day” detailing all the fabulous entertainment and places to visit during the colder, wetter months.  Cleethorpes is a 12 month resort and there really are lots of exciting things to do and see all year round.  Our information packs will help you discover what is out there.  We have also created a website www.cleethorpestouristboard.co.uk which we update regularly with tourist information across Lincolnshire.

The Grounds at Cedar Park
Cedar Park Cottages are set in 5 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens, lawns, pony paddocks and a wildflower meadow.  There is lots of room for children to play safely.

It is the ideal location for the holiday maker who wants to be close to the excitement of the Coast yet also enjoys the peace and tranquility of the Lincolnshire countryside and Wolds. 

Wildlife roam happily at Cedar Park including pheasants, deer, owls, kestrels, foxes, shrews, a heron, our own chickens (in a large enclosure for safety), and on occasions ducks, swans, and geese from the neighbouring ponds.  We have dozens of varieties of birds dotting in and out of our hedgerows. 

The wide open spaces and big blue skies at Cedar Park give the feeling of freedom and relaxation. 

Relax in our flower filled Courtyard on the sun loungers, or enjoy a meal together al-fresco.  There are several outdoor dining areas to choose from.  

At night, you are able to see the twinkling lights from the ships at sea.

Parking
We have a very large car park adjacent to the cottages.  This is covered by 24hour CCTV. 

Location, Location, Location..........
Cedar Park is located 200 yards from Tetney Crossroads on the A1031 close to the A16 and the A180.

Cedar Park is situated on the outskirts of Tetney village which boasts a pub, well stocked Spar shop, fish and chip shop, post office, 18 hole pay and play golf course and driving range, craft and hobby shop, The Grapevine Coffee shop and restaurant (serving fabulous home cooking).  On the edge of the village is The Jug and Bottle Pub/Restaurant serving an “all you can eat Lincolnshire breakfast” for around £2.99 and then from 12noon – 9pm serving a very popular “all you can eat roast carvery” for around £3.99.  A pleasant stroll or bike ride would take you to Tetney Lock where the Crown and Anchor (dog friendly) serves scrumptious lunches and evening meals.

Bus transport around the County
Just 300 yards from Cedar Park is a regular bus route into Grimsby.  From Grimsby or Cleethorpes you can access bus routes all over Lincolnshire, winding in and out of pretty villages and market towns and pootling along the coastline.  We have all the bus route leaflets available in each cottage.

Long stay, weekly stay, short stay
Any length of stay is welcome at Cedar Park.   We are happy to take short breaks, including 1 night at a time, but we take these as infill in the bookings calendar or running up to or from other dates that have been booked.

Long stay bookings are also very welcome.  Special rates available for extended stay. 

We are open 365 days a year.

So whether you want a short “get away from it all” break, a thrills and spills family holiday, a week of arts, culture and history, Cedar Park is a perfect base for you to explore and enjoy Lincolnshire.

Initially booked the Poppy Cottage as a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Leeds life. Having only just returned from Las Vegas our time in Tetney was worlds apart. But this break was exactly what me, my partner and our dog needed. We spent time in Cleethorpes on the beach and had fish and chips and generally just a really relaxing time. Whilst here we also celebrated my 30th birthday and to my suprise, my partner proposed to me. So with all the events added together I will never forget out time we spent at Cedar Park. The cottage is amazing, the grounds are picturesque and Sarah, Simon and the rest of the gang are fantastic.

Cedar Park is just the most ideal location and setting. The cottages are modern and clean and really comfortable and warm. The owners are so helpful and friendly and gave us great ideas for places to visit in the area. Sarah told us all about the history of the Humber and the Forts and local wildlife. Fancy Marconi Radio being just across the road from the cottages before WW1!! We loved the Titanic connection. Sorry we didn't get to see the seals. We hope to see them next year. The children loved saying hello to the ponies and chickens each day. Had some super walks along the beach and the promenade in Cleethorpes. We ate lots (too much) of meals out and loved Steels Corner House for the fish and chips.
